Our 5 Favorite Promotional Products of the Week: Rolling Boomboxes, Burrito Bags and More

We saw some pretty interesting promotional products campaigns this week, most notably the Pepsi spa kit. Have you always wanted to smell like Pepsi? This is your chance. That part of it sounds a little unappealing, but there’s no denying the creativity of a bath bomb shaped like the iconic Pepsi logo. You know the designers were pretty pleased with themselves on that one.

Pepsi aside, we have five more promotional products that are worthy of praise, like a skateboard/boombox, well-timed onesies and more.

1. ‘Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater’ Skateboard/Boombox

Activision remastered and re-released the original two “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater” video games, and the nostalgia level was through the roof. To celebrate, The Skatepark Project is auctioning 10 of these boomboxes (with wheels of course) to build skateparks in underserved communities across the U.S.

2. Bon & Viv Pajamas and Cocktail Set

We all try to replicate the restaurant and bar vibe at home sometimes. If you’re not well versed in mixology, though, some drink creations are a little, well, out there. (Someone on the PM staff once tried Jagermeister and champagne.) It’s good to try to be innovative (sometimes), but for things like this, it’s best left to the professionals. So we appreciate Bon & Viv setting us up with easy cocktail recipes and pajamas to relax in.

3. Babybel Cheese Onesies

Timing is everything. Babybel Cheese is throwing a big wink-wink with this customizable baby onesie that coincidentally came out nine months into the pandemic. Each onesie can be customized with the baby’s name, too. Adorable.

4. LEGO x Adidas Sneakers

Ironically, LEGO figurines don’t wear shoes. But you do. And these LEGO-branded Adidas are fire. Also, they’ll protect your feet from stepping on any errant bricks in the middle of the night (aka the worst pain imaginable).

5. Chipotle Foil Gym Duffel Bag

We wish we could get a burrito the size of a duffel bag. Until then, this duffel bag will have to be the next-best thing. The shimmery foil design is eye-catching (and “a little extra,” according to the item’s label) to say the least. It might just inspire a few people at the gym to get a post-workout burrito, too.
